EDCO Products, Inc. provides a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, and discretionary profit sharing and cash bonuses. Most benefits are company paid and become effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees pay the cost of dental insurance. There is a one-year waiting period to enter the profit sharing plan (other restrictions apply).
