Answer: Yes, many of our colors are matched to major window manufacturers of wood and vinyl windows. Ask your dealer for a color selector guide to check for availability of a color to match your windows.

Question: Do you have siding that will match my soffit and fascia?

Answer: Yes, we have steel roofing, steel siding, vinyl siding and gutters in colors to match or compliment your soffit and fascia. Ask you dealer for a color selector guide to see the colors and availability of these products. We also carry a complete line of shutters, louvers, vents and other decorative accent items.

Question: Can I change the color of my soffit if I want?

Answer: Yes, the baked on coating that we use on our soffit provides an excellent base on which to put a quality latex paint. This would allow you to refinish your soffit and fascia to a different color of your choice.

Question: How does the cost of pre-finished soffit and fascia compare to other soffit products?

Answer: Our soffit and fascia are pre-finished and do not need to be painted and therefore should save you money over the lifetime of the products. The baked on finish means that you won’t have to paint your home every 5-8 years. The soffit and fascia are available in two different finishes with over 30 colors to choose from.

Question: Will the soffit and fascia help lower my utility bills?

Answer: Yes, with the proper combination of ventilation in the soffit area and venting in the ridge area you should notice that the hot air that could be trapped in your attic will flow out through the vents in your ridge or peak areas. This will help your cooling system work more efficiently and could extend the life of your shingles. By keeping your attic cooler in the wintertime this could eliminate ice dam build-ups and damage from water leaks.

Question: How long will my soffit and fascia last?

Answer: Our soffit and fascia are made from pre-finished steel and aluminum and both materials are very durable. In addition, the coatings that we use have been formulated to withstand the extreme heat of the southern states and sub-zero temperatures of the northern states. We have designed the soffit and fascia to last and add value to your home for many years.

Question: Do I need to clean my soffit and fascia?

Answer: In most residential areas normal rainfall is sufficient to keep the soffit and fascia surfaces clean but we do recommend that the soffit and fascia be washed annually or more often if conditions demand. Please refer to the back of the warranty for more information.

Question: I have a stepped fascia, do you carry that?

Answer: No, but your contractor can custom form a fascia to cover your existing wood fascia. We also have four different widths of fascia available.

Question: What kind of warranty do you have on the soffit and fascia?

Answer: Our soffit and fascia system is covered by a 50 year Limited Warranty that is transferable to the next homeowner. This warranty is one of the best in the industry.

Question: What if I have a problem with my soffit and fascia?

Answer: If you feel that you have a problem please contact our Customer Service department by mail, phone or electronically. The Customer Service department will then determine what caused the problem and then come up with a solution to the problem.
