The Facility
The plant at New Carlisle is accessible via heavy haul roads to allow for larger loads to and from the facility. Loading facilities can accommodate up to eight semi-trailers inside the building to facilitate receiving or shipping materials. Bridge cranes that are 900 feet long move material throughout the warehouse and to coating lines.
The facility's floor plan and infrastructure were designed to support the installation of two additional coating lines. Edcoat has secured additional site space, adjacent to the coil coating and slitting facility, to support future fabricating and manufacturing operations.
